“I have a kr-v7020 receiver, far as I know its 100 watts at 8 ohms per channel. Is this sufficient enough to power these without distortion? Or is the ohms difference going to cause me problems?”

My receiver is the same and they sounds great. No distortion at all.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have a receiver that is 100W per channel at 8 ohms and I haven't noticed any problems with distortion. However, I don't crank the volume up super high, so I don't know if that would be an issue or not. If it helps, the owner's manual that came with my speakers shows a recommended watts/channel for the T50 speakers as 20 - 100.
