Yes it comes with a USB dongle. It’s uses Bluetooth but it’s some kind of proprietary version of BT. You can’t connect other devices. The headset will pair with other Bluetooth devices like your phone. It will ask to update software in the headset and dongle. This takes some time and it can’t be done until the battery is charged.
