• V4310 Works with Teams and Genesys except for the mute. Haven't got it to work.

• It works great with Teams, it even says certified for Teams. The mute button works as you’d expect. Can’t comment on the Genesis question. I am having trouble getting it to work with my iPhone though, it says it’s paired and connected but I don’t hear the audio, maybe just a setup problem

• Yes, works with teams not sure about Genesys but it works with my digital soft phone we use. I’m not sure of the program/software name.
