You should download "Plantronics Hub" and check settings to make sure music listening is turned on

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably have a different device connected that is set to handle music and other media. Go into your Bluetooth device settings and select the PTL headset, you should see two toggles, one for calls, the other for media. Make sure media is enabled. Make sure media is disabled on other devices you don't want your music playing through. If you're on an Android device, there should be an extra option when you're in a call or when playing media. Pull down the notifications and you'll see a list of playback devices. Select the Plantronics headset and it should switch over.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5220, we are sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your unit. Your headset does support streaming media audio through the A2DP Bluetooth profile, if you're not able to hear streaming audio please be sure to turn on media audio through your phone's Bluetooth settings and also try using other apps that support streaming over Bluetooth like YouTube, Spotify or your phone's native music app to see if this helps. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance!
