There is a button on the mic stick at the point where it swivels. Or you can speak mute/unmute. Check your manual for specifics

As you know, most computers nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support ) Audio / Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). This is why you are not able to answer calls from your headset while it is paired with your computer. For this type of use we recommend the Voyager 5200 UC version, that includes a USB BT600 Adapter. This device ensures PC connectivity and you can activate the remote control feature by downloading and installing our Hub Software on your PC/Laptop and targeting your soft phone under settings (depending on the soft phone you have).
