I found both in-ear and traditional replacements on Amazon. I also found the case, though I haven't purchased it yet. I intend to soon.

Eartip kit and foam covers - medium and 203710-03 - Eartip kit - large. The Voyager 5220 comes with the Medium size ear gel pre-installed, so you can have this as a reference. As for the portable charging case, you should be able to find it through any of our authorized retailers with the following part number: 204500-101. We hope you will find this information useful!
