• I can confirm that the headset does work with Windows based computers with built-in Bluetooth. As far as the Roku I can't confirm that, however if the Roku can pair with Bluetooth headsets in general, the 5220 should work.

• Look through your laptop wifi setting, if you see the blue tooth device on you laptop, tap on your device and follow the prompts to complete the pairing.
