I drive oil trucks 12 hours a day and it never dies and I'm on and off the phone all day long, try only having the bluetooth setting on your phone set to call and not media, unless you need to hear every single sound your phone makes, if that doesn't work it might be
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 5200 should have up to 7 hours of talk time. If it isn't lasting that long it may be an issue with the headset. We can replace that device. The following url will take you to our replacement steps. http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/kb/detail.jsp?vfurl=/articles/en_US/Warranty/RN9669&retURL=%2Fapex%2FknowledgeSearch®ion=us&p=&c=All&k=replacement&t=All&lang=en_US&popup=false&c=All
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.with mine, on a full charge, which I do every night, when I turn it on in the morning, sometimes it says talk time, 7 hours, sometimes talk time 6 hours. after talking for maybe a half hour or so on different calls, not just one call, it will go to 5 hours so I'm not sure about this but I'm guessing that if you have to talk 7 hours, you better have a charger as I don't think you're going to get a true 7 hours talk time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got a brand new one yesterday and when I first powered it on it said "battery hi" and the hub app reported 7 hours and 11 minutes talk time. The battery only got down to 20% and I decided to put it in my wireless charging case made by Plantronics as well. When I went to grab it this morning I got "talk time 6 hours" and the hub app only showed 6 hours and 28 minutes fully charged. I understand that battery performance degrades over time, however, this is completely unacceptable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say not. 6 - 7 hours talk time is still a great deal better than the previous models. I would I would get the 5200 Charger / Carry case which will allow you extra battery time charging only when needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem with mine

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its possible that your bluetooth situation isn't optimal, which is what they base their talk times off of. They are probably also based off of a low volume and no noise cancelation. I'm not sure how long I've gotten out of mine on a total charge though. It is possible that its slightly defective if you are being very forgiving with all of these conditions I would call plantronics and discuss the possibility of switching it out if you think its not in spec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get 7 hrs listed on my iPhone app.
