It's very frustrating because sometimes it identifies the caller but most of the time it DOES NOT even though the caller is in your contacts. This thing really does not work well. I have had two of them and I'm going to have to return this one and just get a different brand. Sad too because this one is VERY COMFORTABLE. I love the look and the fit but if it doesn't work, I can't use it.

Once you pair your Voyager 5220, please make sure you have received a notification from your phone that the earpiece would like to access your list of contacts. Once you agree/allow phone book access to your earpiece you should be able to call your contacts by pressing the call control button. This button is located on the back of the microphone boom (not to be confused with the red button for mute). Press the call button for 2 seconds until you hear a tone, then say "call, name of the contact" and your phone should start the call. Here is the complete user guide: https://bit.ly/2uXRdEz.
