Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jazzy! The earpiece itself is unable to decide which audio to play. The moment you power on the earpiece and your cell phone detects it, it will pick the earpiece as its main source of audio. Somehow the phone is taking this movement of changing from speaker to earpiece as if you're interested in continuing to play music, as it was your last action before powering on the earpiece. We strongly suggest you to perform the same test with a different phone (while unpaired from the first phone), making sure you're using the same app for music to ensure the scenario is equal to the one of the first phone. We hope you will find this information useful. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-888-363-0726.
