“The Red Button seems to only work for Alexa even though I want to use it as a mute/unmute button. Is there a way to re-program this? I could care less about using it exclusively for Alexa.”

• It is supposed to mute calls or music maybe try going in the settings than apps then find Plantronics try turning off alexa. Hope this helps

• It will do both, but keep in mind it will only mute if you are on an active call. A single press will do.
