Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It been 2 months I’m using this device and it is working perfect. Sound is clear for incoming and outgoing calls. Only thing I didn’t like is that Best Buy didn’t offer an insurance plan and I’m concerned about my purchase since price is too high. If Best Buy is offering insurance on 60 dollar Xbox controller which will be used a lot then they should offer insurance plan for $100+ product too.
