• Years ago I test many models. BestBuy was gracious enough to deal with me. The product i had before was the top of the line Bose headset. At the time it was the most expensive out there at $200 plus. The Plantronics Voyager was comparable to the Bose in terms of sound quality - excellent. And it was better in all other areas - especially longevity. I think i went through two Bose headsets in under 3 years and as i said they weren't cheap. Bose customer service was top rate when i did have a problem, but i prefer not to have any problems at all which has been my experience with the Voyager line.
