• The one with UC comes with an adaptor to help you connect even to devices that don't have a Bluetooth card or enabled. That device needs to have USB-A or other type that is compatible with your UC adaptor.

Now, the Voyager 5200 UC is the same standard earpiece but it comes with the USB BT600 adapter which ensures PC connectivity and it also includes the portable charging case.
