The problem is due to the sensor in the earpiece. Just turn the sensor off in the hub app and that should fix the problem.

Once the installation is complete, connect the earpiece via micro-USB cable and go to settings. If you are getting the voice prompt but it doesn't capture your voice, try to say "answer" by lengthening the first syllable. If that doesn't work, then reset the Bluetooth connection.
