Hi! The indicator light should be right above the power switch. Please make sure you're using a 5-volt wall charger. It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the headset; the indicator light turns off once charging is complete. If you're not getting any lights right from the beginning, and it doesn't respond, then please try using a different micro-USB cable to isolate the cause of the issue. Was the headset purchased brand new? Did the packaging present any tear or evident tampering?
