Not sure this is fully applicable, but my wife just purchased this headset and paired it with both her cell phone (Pixel) and her laptop for use with soft phone calls (Microsoft Teams). Says it works really well. The only drawback in her mind is that you can be on a Teams call and receive a cell call - a bit confusing as to how to place one on hold.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We are unable to ensure the earpiece will work correctly with your Desktop's Bluetooth adapter. The standard Voyager 5220 is mainly recommended for smartphones and tablets. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. If you're interested in a wireless earpiece for an internet based phone line, then we strongly recommend you to check out the Voyager 5200 UC which ensures PC connectivity through its BT600 Bluetooth adapter which contains all the necessary BT profiles for top performance. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your desktop is Bluetooth enabled, the 5220 will pair with it. Just bring up the bluetooth page on your desktop and press and hold the button on the top of the 5220 mouth piece until you get the "pairing prompt." It may happen automatically at that point or the device will appear on your Bluetooth page to be selected for pairing.;
