Hello there! We are sorry to hear that . Please note the user controls of the headset will depend on some factors. If you are using the headset with your PC, make sure to use the BT600 dongle. The BT600 is a Bluetooth device that provides you PC connectivity with the necessary drivers to establish a good connection with your PC. You may also want to make sure the soft phone you are using is supported by Plantronics Hub: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/supported-softphones.
