• You need to apply slight pressure to the base of the ear bud and then turn it. When you do this you will feel it slide over the notch that will let you remove it.

• You need to press down on the earbud while you turn it and it will release. About a half turn.

• There is a slot on the ear piece. Simply twist the ear bud and line it up with the slot. It should come off. If not, try in the other direction.

• To remove the eartip from your headset gently push the eartip into the speaker housing, and then rotate it a quarter turn to the left to unlock. Once you unlock the eartip you can pull it away from the headset with no resistance.
