Yes, this has a media start/re-start button, but it works as long as the phone app supports the AVRCP profile. Push and hold the call button for 2 seconds to pause, and then do the same to restart.

Hi Will! The Voyager 5220 does have a Start/Restart media function. When listening to media, press and hold the call button (black button behind the microphone) for 2 seconds and the same way to restart media. This feature will work as long as the app on the phone supports Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP).
