Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! If your Voyager 5200 is not showing under Bluetooth settings on your phone, please make sure to set the earpiece in pairing mode. To do so: With the headset powered on press and hold the Call button (black button at the end of the mic boom) until you hear "Pairing" or the lights flash red and blue repeatedly. Then go to your Bluetooth settings and you should be able to select it to pair. In case you do see the earpiece but get an error message when selecting the headset, then please try this process: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. Make sure to set the earpiece in pairing mode to re-pair it.
