• I don't like the Bluetooth devices that come with Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri. Mine is not without these. But I have configured it with wife work iPhone 8 and works without issues. I hope this helps you.

• Hi! This earpiece is compatible with iPhone 11 or any cell phone that supports Bluetooth headsets. To pair the earpiece with an iPhone 11, make sure the earpiece is in pairing mode. To do so: power on the headset, then press and hold the call button behind the microphone for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly.
