I experienced that also and found when I disconnected the Bluetooth connection and reconnected it, it went back to working just fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buy it from Best Buy and make sure you purchase the extended warranty. Then if you have issues your can return it for replacement at no cost and the warranty starts over.
