A:AnswerHi!
The Voyager 5200 should be charged with a 5 volts 750 milliamps charger. In addition to this, any wall charger with USB port should work with a Voyager 5220.
A:AnswerWhile our Bluetooth headsets like the Voyager 5220 are mainly intended to be used with mobile devices like smartphones and tablets it might also be compatible with your phone as long as your phone features Bluetooth headset compatibility. We cannot guarantee compatibility with that deskphone and we'd recommend that you consider a suitable wireless headset like our CS500 series instead.

A:AnswerYes, mine does a good job. I use outlook sync'd with my phone, and it pulls the names or companies from there. it pronounces most callers quite well.

A:AnswerYou should just have to press and hold the call control button for two seconds. Make sure you are pressing the call control button, not the voice button. The call control button is the one on the back of the mic, not the one on the underside.
A:Answeryes. on off button on the back of the part that goes behind the ear. and it tells you its power is off as well as telling you that the power is on, how much talk time and if your phone is connected or not.
A:AnswerOur bluetooth headsets will stay paired with the phone, but only actively connected when in use. For a phone call, music, or media. When not in use the phone and headset drop the active connection to conserve power.
A:AnswerSo sorry to hear about your experience with the plantronics 5220. Although I have only had this Earpiece for a few months, the primary reason for my purchase of this particular model was it's noise-cancellation feature...so far, I'd give it an A+ on performance. Is it possible that your unit may have been defective? I'd explore that possibility before returning it...I really like mine! I think you will too.
