I had the same issue with my initial purchase but noticed immediately when when I got in my car. It seemed to be that the magnets were pushing each other away and was keeping the charging links apart. Took it back 5 minutes later and new one works great!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The light comes on and goes off but it's still charging. It only charges up to 80 percent though.

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). If you have already tried different charging cables and cases, and the headset still won't charge, it could be an actual issue with the headset and it is best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase, and if you need a replacement you can click on the following link for further instructions: https://bit.ly/2N637EC. We do count with different models that have a regular micro USB port to charge. For example Voyager 5200, Voyager 3200, Explorer 100, Explorer 500, M165 among others. Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you require assistance.
