• that depends, brother is the most famous brand for embroidery and sewing, and Poolin is the new brand, but I'd like to focus on the real quality, like similar price, Poolin's hoop is much bigger which I can take more orders, screen is bigger and easy to learn, and the software is FREE also their aftersale service is Phenomenal so I gave it a shot and never regret

• I wondered the same, I think Brother has better support, but Poolin has more capability. This is just from what I have researched.

• I would say Poolin, Did lots of research for the service and the machine quality, if you are experienced and avoid most of the user errors, Poolins worth 2-3k bucks.
