The best way I have found is to put it in the vent, then turn it. It doesn’t turn very easily, but that also means it won’t accidentally turn on you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried also, but when you have it clipped to something like the vent it should turn. Maybe try a butter knife instead of a vent to try.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! Once you place the mount on your car vent, it should be easier to rotate. If this doesn't work, feel free to reach out to our team for further assistance here: https://help.popsockets.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, I answered your question incorrectly. I was thinking of the pop socket itself! As I recall, the prongs on the back just turn easily, sorry I can't be of help!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you ever get this to work? You have to push really hard & turn probably just 45 degrees to line up the notches with the open spots so that you can remove it and exchange for another. It took me a while to figure it out too.
