“How do you rotate the prongs? The instructions say to rotate it to choose if it's the smaller slot or the larger one that goes on the vent. I've tried turning mine extremely hard and I can't get it.”

The best way I have found is to put it in the vent, then turn it. It doesn’t turn very easily, but that also means it won’t accidentally turn on you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you ever get this to work? You have to push really hard & turn probably just 45 degrees to line up the notches with the open spots so that you can remove it and exchange for another. It took me a while to figure it out too.
