How exactly is it installed? null

It just sticks to the windshield with a sticky suction cup. It also comes with a mounting plate that you can stick to your dash somewhere and then put the mount to it. It has a lever that you press to make it stick that you have to undo to release it so you can move it to another location, car, desk, options are endless it seems

It’s like a sticker suction cup. Your press it against your windshield and then press down a lever on the underside of the suction cup base and it holds to your window! It works pretty good too, I drive bumpy roads and take it out of my work vehicle every day to put it in another style truck the next day

Using a mixture of a suction cup and low stick adhesive.

It has an adhesive part on the bottom where you stick it to the surface and you push down a little thing in the back that locks it into place with suction too.

It goes on your dash, clean the dash surface area first then you place it the way you want then pull down the suction lever. Easy peasy
