The mount uses 3m double sided tape so once removed you would have to replace the tape.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I re positioned mine several times (4-5 times) when I got it to test out where I liked it best and it never lost its adhesiveness. Its a very strong, and its somewhat difficult to get off but I would assume that's the way you'd prefer it to be.
