Will this work with a panoramic Sunroof null

Not knowing what vehicle you have with the "Panoramic" Sunroof, the answer would have to be, Not Likely. If there is any area of the roof of your vehicle where you can safely & securely mount the unit, then perhaps it can be installed. I would recommend taking your vehicle to the local Best Buy installation department to have them look at it first hand to see what may be done for you.
