How is it supposed to charge null

Got to get the controllers seated properly in order for it it charge. Has a pin at the bottom you have to stick it were the mic goes and then push down and if you get a yellow light then you are good to go

The stating has a plug in for your controller, all you need is just to push plug in to charge

When you dock it. Control will light up when docked and that tells you it’s charging.
