Sounds like you need new rechargeable batteries. They don't last forever and do eventually stop taking a proper charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Found some info on their product forum that you might find helpful. They mention that either the battery compartment cover is loose, or that the battery pack is actually upside down. Someone might have taking them out and put him back in sometime just accidentally put them in upside down. https://support.powera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001072406-What-does-it-mean-when-the-Charging-Stand-Station-s-light-is-flickering-Red-
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your batteries may just be dead already. Just like with cell phones they say you should let the battery die down to near empty before charging. Same principle. If you are continually recharging your battery every time you use it and don’t deplete it’s power you’ll mess it up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that the flashing red means the battery is 'bad'. I put our older ones on it. One charged just fine, the other flashed red the whole time. When I took out the battery, it was hot. Battery done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even rechargeable battery packs need replacing after being charged too many times.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your batteries could be not holding a charge anymore? I would try replacing rechargeable batteries if they are over 2 years old and been well used.
