“Why is mine not turning green like it's supposed to?”

• Is it just staying red? Or do you get no lights at all? If no lights make sure the base is pushed into the down position and the battery is touching the charger correctly. If it's just showing red and not changing to green I would take it back and ask for another.

• Make sure you are pressing down on the charging dock area until you hear a click. That will turn the charging bay on. Look for a red light at the bottom to signal that the controller is charging.

• You need to push it down until it clicks. If docked correctly it will light red until charged, then change to green.

• It may not be turning green if you are not pressing them down to set off the charging mechanism. Once they are engaged they will remain red until fully charged. Once they are charged they will turn green.
