“i just bought my charging station today and cannot get either controller to charge. when i first plugged everything in it flashed green and red, but when i put the controllers on it seems to not charge them. any ideas on how to fix this?”

You need to push the piece that the controllers rest on the charging station down until it clicks so that the metal part of the battery in the controller can make contact with the metal part of the charging station.
