“Anybody know how to update the firmware on this thing? I keep trying to update it on their official site but the update keeps "Timing Out" and they have no form of contact support beyond emailing that never gets back to me.”

• A year later from this post and im having the same issue. I like the controller but im not sure if i'll buy another one in the future. Seems like a lot of let downs.
