“why doesn’t my controller even turn it... it’s brand new got it today was pumped to play with it and it won’t even turn on on my pc or xbox... not sure what to do”

• It depends on what port u plugged it in . Once it’s taken care of you turn it on by plugging it in gently. I would hear out for the click . It’s a good thing

• Did you plug it in first? This controller does NOT have any wireless capabilities so it has to be plugged in for it to work..
