• Yes I use the Note 8, and it should easily fit with the Ottorbox case. I don’t use Ottorbox, but it has a half inch room for extra sized cases.

• I think it depends on the thickness of your case. Also, if it doesn't have a popsocket or other finger grip, then should fit the holster.
