• Yes. I just tried it on my Elite Pro 2 controller and the back part runs down the center with plenty of room to use both sets of paddles.

• Not sure, however, I will say that the aux cord has an L-shaped connector, so even though you have the paddles there, the cord will be pointed in a direction perpendicular to the port on the controller.
