Questionthe battery life indicator always shows full charge even right before the controller dies from low battery .its realy annoying not knowing exactly how much battery life i have left before I need to recharge does anyone know how to fix this ?

- Answer Mine doesn't either. I do know how much life i have from my screen indicator and always have the other battery charged and ready to go.

QuestionAre these battery packs using micro-usb, or usb-c. I will purchase this product if it is type-c.

- Answer The battery pack has female micro-USB port. The kit comes with a cable. One end of the cable has USB and the other micro-USB. The USB connects to the Xbox and micro-USB connects to the battery pack. They recommended to charge from XBox using one of the USB port.
