“Can this remote work with switch directly without the dock for switch ?”

• The cord is USB-C to connect to the controller and USB-A to connect to the switch dock. The only connection to the Switch itself is USB-C. So it won't work as-is. If you purchase a USB-C to USB-C cord, then it should work.

• No. This wired controller will only work with the dock. This controller connects using USB on the doc. The Switch does not have a USB port on it.
