There is a one year warranty on them. You can have them repaired by Apple for $100, or $80 to replace battery outside of warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Haven't had this problem and I have 3 pair but you can call apple for warranty information. You might want to try another charger if you have not done this also.
