• When you place your preorder you make a choice of whether to get the digital o physical copy of the game. I do recommend to get the physical copy as there is a resale market for once you either complete the game or get tired of it.

• I've had the same question. I called Best Buy and they said it would only be a hard copy and the store (in person) said the same thing. I love the Gamers club 20% off but i also love buying digital so i'm stuck buying the actual copy :( Hope this helped

• Depends on what one you pre order. If you get digital you get it I think the same day so you can pre download the game. If it's disc you have to wait on release date and if your Best Buy do midnight releases. If you choose to get it ship that vary on what kind of shipping you choose.
