Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For whatever reason it was a limited time offer. Orders at around two weeks prior to launch didn't offer or include the coin. If it was on your receipt you should petition it to Customer Service.

I had to ask him then it was a fiasco asking several other employees about if he can give it to me. I had this game preordered as well. I did get it tho.

I got mine but it was by itself in the bottom of the box in a small plastic bag and I almost threw it out without knowing it. My wife actually found it. Sorry about that.
