All games are released either at midnight or when the store opens at 10Am, it really depends on what your store wants to do.

Pre-Orders should be available at customer service at 10am on the day it is released. Call your local Best Buy location to see if they will do a 9pm release on Monday.

Any time after the store opens. If it is a mid-night release then you can pick up at mid-night.
