Customer service can help with that. As another option - call a few local used appliance stores. They sometimes carry new/out of box/discontinued items. I looked everywhere online and found that most brands in this 20 inch size are backordered. :( Well it's almost Thanksgiving and I don't have time for that. So I was going to go with a used model and I found this one new out of box and at a great savings!
