• Yes! It came with Studio One DAW Software and a bunch of free plug-ins.

• According to PreSonus, the Studio 24c does come with Studio One Artist and the Studio Magic Plug-in Suite. I doubt there's any distribution media in the box. (Optical drives are becoming uncommon on PCs.) It's probably some sort of discount code to use when you download the software from their website.
