“The cooling motor runs all the time and after a bit it won't dispense any water from the cold side. I unplug it and let it sit it will eventually deliver water. Seems like it freezes the tip or something. How do I fix this?”

I’ve had mine for just over a year,same problem. I took the top of, got into the reservoir and it was frozen solid with ice. I turned off cold water switch and water started to run again after it thawed. Tryied the cable box fix of unplugging for a time and plugging back in but no luck, still freezes up. Any suggestions? $250 for room temp seems expensive to me.
