Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you with this. Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it.
