“The self-sanitization green light is on all the time. Does it mean it is sanitizing all the time or not sanitizing at all. As per the manual it is suppose to run for 45 minutes every 24 hours.”

The power and self-sanitization share an LED light. The light will always be solid when plugged in and will flash when the sanitization cycle is running.
