Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Most of our machines will dispense whatever water is left in the reservoirs without electricity, but they will not heat or cool the water and the machine will not will not refill the reservoirs once it is empty. I would suggest getting one of our portable pumps for emergency situations. We have both manual pump and batter powered options.
